Two new deaths
The Chonburi Department of Public Health announced 128 new and confirmed cases of Covid-19 today with two new deaths, December 20th.
This makes a total of 110,816 cases of Covid-19 in the current round of infections, with 1,823 people still under medical care/supervision, and with a total of 785 recorded deaths in Chonburi since the start of this recent round of infections in early April.
The district-level new cases were as follows today:
Mueang Chonburi 24, Si Racha 15, Banglamung (Pattaya) 52, Panat Nikhom 3, Sattahip 3, Phan Thong 17, Ko Chan 3, Nong Yai 1, and 10 people transferred from other provinces for medical care.
The details on the cases are as follows:
- Work and stayed in Rayong, transferred from other provinces for medical care, 8 cases
- Cluster Asahi Tec Aluminium company in Mueang Chonburi, 8 cases
- Cluster, Sony Technology company in Mueang Chonburi, 3 cases
- Cluster, Ge Mao Rubber International company in Phan Thong, 7 cases
- Cluster, work camp in Banglamung, 3 cases
- Cluster, Thai Summit PKK company in Si Racha, 3 cases
- Risky occupations meeting many people, 3 cases
- 3 medical personnel
- Close contacts from previously confirmed cases in families – 21 cases, in workplaces – 20 cases, close personal contacts – 7 cases, and joined a party – 1 case
- Close contact of a confirmed patient (under investigation), – 22 cases
- 20 cases close contacts of a confirmed patient (under investigation)
