The following is a notice from Bangkok Hospital Pattaya.

Please note, the vaccination is being done at Central Festival on the sixth floor from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. It is first-come, first-serve. Must be 18+, foreign, with your passport, and no prior Covid-19 vaccines.
