International Yoga Day to be marked with two socially distanced events at Bali Hai Pier in Pattaya

Pattaya, Thailand-

International Yoga Day is officially Monday, June 21st, however, Pattaya City along with the Indian Community Pattaya and Indo Thai news will be marking the day with two separate events on two separate days at Bali Hai Pier.

The first event will be Friday, June 18th, and will be from 5 PM to 7 PM. The event will be socially distanced and will have a limit of 50 participants, although there will be room for people to watch from a distance.

The second event will be on the actual international Yoga day, Monday, June 21st, from 5PM to 7PM with the same size restrictions and Covid19 precautions as the prior event.

Covid19 precautions such as masks, social distancing, and usage of hand sanitizer will be required. Admission is free. If you are interested in taking part please call the numbers on the flyer to register in advance.

The event will be run by professional yoga instructors from Bangkok who will teach and demonstrate a variety of yoga positions and exercises.
