Three people injured after speeding pickup truck loses control at Chonburi curve

Three people have sustained injuries after a pickup truck lost control at a curve in the Mueang Chonburi district.

Emergency responders were notified of the accident on Wednesday (March 3rd) on a road in the Na Pa sub-district.

They and The Pattaya News arrived at the scene to find a damaged pickup truck had crashed into a road sign.

Three people had sustained injuries during the accident in total. One of them had sustained serious injuries. They were all rushed to a local hospital for medical assistance.

The pickup truck driver, Mr. Wuttikrai Chailert, 26, who had sustained minor injuries, told The Pattaya News, “We were on our way to go fishing. I lost control of my pickup truck and crashed into a tree and the street sign on the side of the road.”

At this stage, Chonburi police said the driver has to pay for the public damages and will be held accountable for the accident.
