Video news update: Suspect, motorbike taxi driver, arrested in assault on foreign national on Walking Street

A motorbike taxi driver was arrested this morning and charged with assault of a foreign national on Walking Street after a CCTV video was released by Pattaya Police appearing to show a 24-year-old Chilean man being attacked unprovoked. Here is the update.
