Driver dies after his motorbike crashes into Banglamung power pole

A driver has been pronounced dead at the scene after his motorbike crashed into a power pole in Banglamung last night (January 1st).

Lieutenant Colonel Nattachai Eiangpayung of the Nongprue Police was notified of the accident at 11:30 P.M. on Thong Klom – Tan Man Road in Nongprue.

Police, emergency responders and The Pattaya News arrived at the scene to find the damaged motorbike and the damaged power pole.

Mr. Sakhon Nueangrin, 45, from Udon Thani, was found dead nearby.

Police told The Pattaya News there we no witnesses that saw the accident or CCTV in the area. His body was taken to a local hospital and police are investigating the cause of the incident.
