COVID-19 UPDATE: Nine Thais confirmed cases back from Myanmar, all legally imported cases


The Centre for COVID-19 Situation Administration (CCSA) today (December 7th) reported nine Thai Nationals as confirmed cases back from Myanmar who had legally entered the border.

There are in total 21 confirmed cases of COVID- 19 now reported and imported from outside Thailand today, including the nine Thai’s back from Myanmar who are in a state local quarantine and were not exposed to the general public according to the CCSA

The rest are four cases back from the United Kingdom, two back from the United States, two back from Singapore, one back from Estonia, one back from India, one back from Germany and one back from United Arab Emirates.

The total number is 4,107 people (+21) , 3868 discharged from hospital (+15), 179 in hospital and 60 dead (+0).
