Ban Bueng, Chonburi-
Several students have escaped injuries after a car lost control and crashed into a school in the Ban Bueng district.
The incident happened yesterday (December 3rd). The main school security guard Mr. Jaroon Poerin told The Pattaya News, “The car stopped at the school gate to speak with me. She wanted to meet a teacher at the school and seemed fine at the time.”
“When I opened the gate, she lost control of her vehicle and drove into the school yard before crashing into a footpath and a pole.”
“Students who were walking in the school narrowly escaped the crash. The driver was taken to a hospital for medical assistance.”
The driver, Ms Yindee Ruengkanna, 34, who later recovered at a hospital told police that she fainted suddenly while entering the school grounds. She was not sure what caused her fainting spell. School officials have not yet said if potential legal charges will take place.
