Motorbike driver killed after colliding with pickup truck in Pattaya    

Pattaya-

A motorbike driver has been pronounced dead at the scene after colliding with a pickup truck in Pattaya this past weekend.

Rescue workers were notified of the accident on Saturday night (November 21st) at the entrance of Soi Khao Makok in the Huay Yai sub-district.

The rescue team and The Pattaya News arrived at the scene to find a damaged motorbike and pickup truck on the road.

The motorbike driver, Mr. Tossaphon Sriphon, 24, had sustained serious injuries. He was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead upon arrival.

Police are reviewing CCTV footage nearby to find the exact cause of the accident for further legal action.

Local residents told The Pattaya News that this area has had many accidents due to what they state is lack of proper illumination.
