She told police, “My 2 year old daughter and I were sitting inside a customer’s waiting room while my car was being cleaned at a car wash in a gas station on Sukhumvit Road in Na Jomtien.”

“My daughter put the tablet, which costs about 5,000 baht, on a table.”

“The suspect grabbed the tablet when we were not looking before speeding away in his personal vehicle.” Monta concluded.

Today, (November 21st), the Na Jomtien Police arrested a Thai Male suspect, Pattakiet Jaidee, 38. Police reportedly seized the stolen tablet from him.

He is facing charges of theft. The tablet in question has been returned to the 2-year-old girl.
