Pattaya to hold Loma Run for Charity on Jomtien area beaches later this month

Pattaya-

Pattaya is planning to hold the “Next Normal” Loma Run for Charity on Jomtien area beaches on September 27, 2020.

This special running charity event is being managed under the campaign of ‘the Next Normal” Loma Run for Charity on The Beach 2020’. Loma means dolphin in the Thai language.

The event is hosted by the YWCA Bangkok-Pattaya Center, Pattaya city, th Tourism Authority of Thailand Pattaya Office, the Tourism and Sport Organization of Chonburi Province and the Pattaya Press Association of Pattaya.

The race will be a mix between 50% on sand and 50% on a normal road.

The running will start on Yinyom Beach – Dongtan Beach – Jomtien Beach along the way until the second boat ramp near Na Jomtien. Currently, registration is closed however the event is open for spectators. There may be some traffic delays in the area due to the race. A map is below.

The event is aimed to support domestic tourism in Pattaya and Jomtien and to assist with raising funds for charity.
