Local residents concerned with cabling work on pedestrian bridge in Banglamung – VIDEO

Local residents approached The Pattaya News and other local Pattaya media regarding the potential danger of cabling work on a pedestrian bridge in Banglamung.

Photos of the cabling work on the ‘Rong Poe’ pedestrian bridge in Banglamung have gone viral on social media with many concerned of possible danger.

 

Cable and electric wires have been rolled along the stainless hand rail on the bridge, according to photos and videos obtained and verified by The Pattaya News.

Some plugs were found with incomplete installation and no water protection.

Many local pedestrians are concerned over the dangers when using the bridge which might cause electric leaks or an electric shortage as sometime water was found on the bridge after heavy rain.

Locals have urged relevant agencies to fix these wires properly.
