Chonburi reaches ten days without a new case of Covid-19, two more patients recovered in Banglamung

The province of Chonburi, which contains Banglamung, the district where Pattaya is located, has now reached ten days with zero new confirmed cases of Covid-19.

Banglamung has had no new cases since April 19. Pattaya will reach three weeks tomorrow without a new case and is scheduled to end the checkpoints restricting access to the city after today.

Two more patients were released and have completely recovered in Banglamung as well, leaving only five patients still in hospitals under treatment for Covid19 in the Banglamung area.

A total of 87 cases have been reported in Chonburi since the start of the outbreak of Covid-19. Only nine cases remain in hospitals in the entire province and 76 cases have recovered. There have been two deaths, both imported foreign cases.
