Man shoots several shots in front of wife’s shop at Central Plaza in Nonthaburi, is in police custody

Nonthaburi-

A Thai man, who has not yet been identified by police but is forty years old, opened fire in front of his wife’s shop in the center of the busy Central Plaza Rattanathibet Department store at about 3:55PM this afternoon, firing at least four shots from a handgun into the air in anger before being taken into police custody.

His wife, who has also not been named to the press at this time, was not injured despite early reports from Thai media and all four shots were fired into the air police confirmed.

The suspect is in police custody and is a forty year old Thai male. Police confirmed the incident was a domestic dispute and further legal charges are coming.
