Woman injured after being kicked by intoxicated boyfriend in public in Chonburi

Chonburi–
A woman has sustained internal injuries after being kicked by her intoxicated boyfriend on Sukhumwit Road.

Capt Sanan Rattana of the Samet Police was notified of the incident at 9AM today on Sukhumwit Road Soi 10 in Samet, Mueang Chonburi District.

Police, emergency responders and Thai media arrived at the scene.

The woman was being forcefully pulled into a vehicle against her will on a public street. She was kicked many times by the man.

The Thai man is identified as 39 year old Kittinat Siwapitakpong and the woman is 33 year old Ms. Suthasinee Phonprasert. Both are from Nonthaburi.

Ms Suthasinee said they were drinking alcohol at Bang Sane beach since the past two days. They had an argument and fight before going back home.

Her boyfriend had just been released from a prison. He had also been taking some drugs she told the press and cannot control himself.

He was arrested and is currently being held at a local jail.
