They are facing charges of offending the emergency decree while some of them are facing charges of illegally entering the kingdom and were found not to have any legal documentation. The shop ran live gambling online for customers located around the world.

One of the suspects whose name was not given told police that they allegedly received 500 baht per day. The online gambling company, however, generated about 300,000 baht a day according to Mueang Chonburi Police.
