The Pattaya News goes national, launching our national Thailand website at TPNnational.com

The Pattaya News has exciting news for us and our regular readers.

We have as of this month soft launched our new national Thailand news website at www.tpnnational.com.

The Pattaya News has grown significantly since a small two person Facebook page that shared and mostly aggregated local news in late 2017 to a real news company with a dozen staff members based in Pattaya, Thailand with hundreds of thousands of readers in Thai and English and tens of thousands of web site and social media hits daily.

Our mission is to deliver factual, unbiased, professional, self-written, neutral, free news that is important to our readers and curated especially for them. We have never aimed to be the first to post news, we have aimed to be correct. However, as we have grown we have seen a significant demand for more news around Thailand.

As we have grown with more writers and reporters we have decided to expand into the Bangkok market. Our mission remains the same…quality, unopinated news focused on the facts and presenting all sides. We did not want to clutter our main Pattaya News website with news not important to local readers so have created our new national web site. All news reported, same as the Pattaya News, is non aggregated and self produced and written.

It is important to note this won’t mean we focus less on Pattaya, we will actually be spending even more time on Chonburi and with more staff will have more original stories and more time to cover stories requested by our readers and dig into issues for our local community.

We invite you to join us on our new journey for those interested in news around Thailand. However, rest assured all important national stories that affect everyone such as major incidents, tourism news, major business and visa news, major political news will still appear on The Pattaya News. Likewise, major Pattaya stories will be on our national website. We have also started a national Thai language website at thebangkoknews.com for our Thai readers.

Thank you for being a reader we truly appreciate it.

TPN staff.
