30kg python caught after eating a kitten in Sri Racha

Sri Racha –
A five meter long python has been caught after it devoured a kitten in Sri Racha.

Animal Control staff was notified of the python at a worker camp in Bowin at about midday yesterday.

Animal control arrived at the scene to find the five meter long python. It took about 15 minutes to catch the 30 kilogram python. It will be released back to a forest nearby.

A worker told the Thai media he heard the sound of a kitten crying before discovering that the python has already eaten the kitten.
