Two arrested in Pattaya area after stealing donation boxes from local temples

Banglamung-

Two suspects have been arrested after stealing a donation box from a temple in Banglamung and being caught on video.

Two suspects were caught on CCTV while they were stealing a donation box from the Sai Sukon Temple in Khao Maikaew before speeding away earlier this week.

This afternoon (January 16th) the Huayyai Police were notified from local residents that they had caught Mr. Prasit Nonsuksan, 18, and a 15-year-old boy whose name was withheld due to his age.

Locals told police that these two suspects had also stolen a donation box on January 13th.

The pair allegedly admitted that this was the third time they had stolen donation boxes from Pattaya area temples.

They were both taken to the Banglamung police station for further legal action and are facing charges of theft.
