Pattaya-
A 26 year old Thai man, named only as Most, was arrested this afternoon after he was caught stealing a bag from a Thai woman in South Pattaya.
The suspect had allegedly grabbed the bag while the woman was shopping as he pulled up on his motorbike.
There was no mention on if the suspect was connected to the rash of bag snatchings, four in total, that had targeted Russian tourists in Pattaya for the past two weeks.
