Baby elephant born at Nongnooch Garden Pattaya

Pattaya –
A healthy baby elephant was born at Nongnooch Garden in Pattaya this week.

The Buddhism ceremony for the baby elephant held at Nongnooch Garden Pattaya was led by the president of Nongnooch Garden Pattaya, Kamphon Tansatja.

The male baby elephant is named as ‘Nampu’ which means fountain. Nampu was born on November 2 from a 12 year old female elephant and a 37 year old male elephant at the garden.

Mr Kamphon said this is the 90th elephant of the garden which is the fourth one which was born this year.
