Russian man arrested, deported for stealing watch at Central Festival, claims Russian Rules in defense

Bangkok-

Thai Immigration revealed during a regular press conference today announcing the latest in arrests and deportations that a 23 year old Russian, who was not named was being deported after being arrested in Pattaya for stealing a watch recently.

The man, who was also reported to be on overstay, claimed that where he is from in Russia if the item does not have a price on it you are able to take it for free.

He claimed he was simply following the policies and rules that he had grown up with.

Police did not believe his story and he will be deported and blacklisted.
