Pattaya Nightclub shooting update: One dead, one in coma, suspect still on the run

UPDATE: One dead, one in coma while police identify the suspect

Pattaya –
One person died while one is in critical condition in a shootout at a night club in Pattaya this morning. Police told the Pattaya News they have positively identified the suspect.

Capt Kanoknan Suksri of the Pattaya City Police was notified of an incident at 6AM at Teng See night club in Rung Land housing estate in Nong Prue.

The Pattaya City Police Chief Col Atinan Nuchabart this afternoon revealed that police have already identified the suspect who they say will be arrested soon.

The doctor at the Pattaya Memorial Hospital this afternoon has confirmed that Anuwat Suksamran, 37, has died while Chatchai Srisen, also 37, is still in critical condition in a coma.

Police said a car’s dashcam from a witness shows that a suspect fired many gunshots before he ran into the night club.
