Pattaya massage operator charged with human trafficking of minors for prostitution

Pattaya –
Officers in Pattaya this morning have arrested a Thai woman for allegedly providing underage girls as prostitutes at a local massage parlour.

Officers led by Lt Col Kritsanat Tanasupanat and Lt Col Phonchai Kingsawat of the Region 2 Police/Human trafficking division along with the Pattaya City Police has operated a sting operation at a massage parlour named ‘Thong dang’ (red flag) on Pattaya Klang Road.

Three girls aged 17 years old have been discovered after the sting operation. They were taken to Bang Lamung Foundation for Children and Woman.

A 51-year-old Thai woman named Thong ‘Dang’ Tentong, the parlour owner has been arrested.

 

She has been charged with human trafficking, prostitution and the procurement of women for underage sex and an illegally operated massaged parlour.
