Pattaya residents join together to clean up the city for Mother’s Day

Pattaya–

To commemorate her Royal Majesty the Queen Mother’s birthday today, many local residents have volunteered to join together to clean multiple public places around Pattaya this afternoon.

Her birthday is Monday, August 12, which also is Thailand’s Mother’s Day.

Many people from Pattaya beach vendors, massage workers, fishermen, and the Windsurfing Association of Thailand (WATH) have joined the cleaning today at Pattaya beach and along Beach Road and Jomtien.

Here are some photos The Pattaya News reporters took this afternoon.
