Unidentified male body found deceased floating in Sattahip Bay

Sattahip, Chonburi-

An unidentified male body was discovered floating in Sattahip Bay yesterday afternoon.

The Sattahip Police was notified of the body from a local fisherman yesterday afternoon near the Kram Island in the Bang Sarae sub- district not far from the land.

The male body was wearing only green underwear. A red rope was found around his waist.

Police believed that the man died at least three weeks before his body was recovered.

The body had started to significantly decay.

His nationality was not given by authorities and it is unknown if he is a foreigner or Thai national.

His body was taken to the Police General Hospital in Bangkok where an autopsy is being conducted to find the exact cause of death.
