Thailand announces five new imported cases of Covid-19

Editors Note: After tomorrow, which would be the thirty day mark of no new confirmed locally spread cases in Thailand, we will not be providing a daily update article on cases. If there is a locally spread case or a change in situation we will report it. We will also report all major Covid19 news such as rules and regulations being eased and the border and visa situation. However, a daily report on imported cases will no longer be provided.

The Ministry of Public Health reported five new confirmed imported cases of the Covid19 Coronavirus in Thailand this morning.

The cases include two Thai people returning from Egypt and three from Qatar. All were found in state quarantine and not exposed to the general public.

Thailand has had a total of 3,156 cases of the Covid19 Coronavirus with 3023 cases fully recovered. There have been 58 deaths.

Today is the 29th day in a row with no new confirmed locally spread cases in Thailand.
