One seriously injured in Chonburi after two truck collision

Pan Thong, Chonburi-

A man has sustained serious injuries after two trucks collided in the Pan Thong District yesterday afternoon. (January 25th).

The Pan Thong Police were notified of the accident yesterday afternoon on the Pan Thong – Baan Kao Road in the Baan Kao sub-district.

Police and emergency responders arrived at the scene to find two damaged trucks including one that was overturned.

Mr. Eakkarat Naewmangmee, 21, was stuck inside one of the trucks. Rescue workers used a hydraulic cutter to free him. He was rushed to a local hospital with serious injuries.

The overturned truck driver, Mr. Kaewat Nasingkarn, 28, was waiting for police at the scene. His statement was not made public to The Pattaya News. He was not injured.

Pan Thong police stated to the press that the cause of the accident was unclear and they would be investigating the accident further to determine potential liability.
