Woman escapes injury in second Chonburi car fire on same day

Chonburi-

A female driver has escaped injury after a second car caught fire on the same day in Mueang Chonburi.

Fire fighters were notified of the fire at about noon Tuesday (November 16th) in the Mueang Chonburi sub-district.  They arrived at the scene to find the vehicle was completely ablaze. It took about half an hour to put out the fire. The sedan engine suffered significant damage.

The driver, Ms. Paradee Junlasri, age not given, told The Pattaya News, “I smelled some burning while I was driving to an appointment. I was unable to increase the speed in my vehicle.”

“I decided to stop the car on the side of the road before escaping from the fire and calling authorities for assistance.” Paradee concluded.

The vehicle suffered substantial damage. This was the second car fire in the area in the same day, the previous fire we wrote about here:
