Motorbike driver found dead on Chonburi road overnight

Chonburi-

A young motorbike driver was found dead on a local road after crashing into a power pole in Mueang Chonburi last night (November 4th).

Police and rescue workers were notified of the accident at 11:30 PM near an intersection on Samnak Bok – Na Pa Road in the Samnak Bok sub-district.

They arrived at the scene to find the body of Mr. Kreangkrai Tiworarat, 26, on the road.

Nearby rescue workers found his damaged motorbike and a power pole.

A witness told police that he found the driver face down on the road. At first he thought that the driver was drunk and asleep.

He called rescue workers where they found that the driver was dead and had suffered significant internal injuries. There were no witnesses to the accident.

Mueang Chonburi police are continuing their investigation to find the exact cause of the accident and reviewing CCTV.
