Pattaya Police to support Thai Childrens Day

The Pattaya City Police are set to support the children of Pattaya City on Childrens Day this Saturday, January 11, 2020.

The Pattaya City Police Colonel Khemmarin Pitsamai told The Pattaya News that they are preparing to support many local kids on this coming Childrens Day this weekend.

The activities will be held at in front of the Pattaya City Police Station from 7AM to midday. About 500 gifts and complementary food will be provided for children who attend the event.

Like other countries, Thailand observes National Children’s Day (Thai: วันเด็กแห่งชาติ), celebrated here on the second Saturday of January every year. It is known as “Wan Dek” in Thai. This day is celebrated with fun activities for children and introduces them to their significant role towards the development of the country.
