Two people injured when their motorbike collides with parked tour bus in Pattaya

Pattaya –
Two people have sustained serious injuries after their motorbike crashed into a parked bus in Pattaya early this morning.

Lieutenant Chanikan Pueanpinit of the Pattaya City Police was notified of the accident at 4:00AM on Sukhumwit Road.

Police, emergency responders and The Pattaya News rushed to the scene to find two people lying heavily injured in the road. Their motorbike was still embedded in the back of a parked tour bus.

The two people who sustained serious injuries were 25 year old Mr. Wasan Tana and 26 year old Ms. Jittima Poonsuk. They were rushed to a local hospital.

The bus driverz 51 year old Lertchai Tabtimz told The Pattaya News that he had stopped the bus in front of a convenience store and was getting snacks when the motorbike crashed into the bus at alleged high speed.

Pattaya police told the Pattaya News that are continuing their investigation for further potential legal action and reviewing CCTV. It is unclear if the bus was using proper lights while parked on the side of the highway at this time.
