Man arrested for gun point robberies in Bang Lamung

Bang Lamung –
A suspect was arrested for gun point robberies in Bang Lamung.

A team of the Bang Lamung police led by Col Korrawat Hanpradit arrested 33 years old Weerayut ‘Aun’Keandee earlier this week.

On November 7th the suspect had robbed local residents in Soi Plaifan in Nong Plalai.

The suspect who was on a motorbike had pulled up on the side of the victim who was also driving, threatening them. The victim fell off the motorbike during the robbery.

The suspect used a gun to threaten the victim. The suspect took a gold necklace from the victim before speeding away.

On November 11, the same suspect used the gun to threaten another victim on Nongketnoi Road. The victim gave 700 baht cash to the suspect.

Weerayut has been charged with gun point robbery and has admitted to the crimes.

Per Thai law a renactment was performed yesterday afternoon.
