The program is intended to strengthen their knowledge, abilities and life skills while also promoting morality, ethics and a sense of responsibility to themselves and to society.
The project is organized by the Children and Youth Activities Division of Pattaya City’s Education Bureau. Organizers said the activities are to help young people recognize their own value, appreciate the importance of self-development, community service and national progress, and gain space to learn, demonstrate their abilities and creativity, express themselves appropriately, cultivate a public spirit and take part in work for the common good.

City officials said Pattaya will continue to create opportunities and an environment that support the development of children and youth so they can grow into skilled, responsible citizens and become an important force in advancing both Pattaya and the nation.
