PATTAYA: Pattaya City, along with the Designated Areas for Sustainable Tourism Administration (Public Organization), or DASTA, has organized an activity set at strengthening good governance and improving how the city is managed.
The event was designed to build knowledge and understanding of operations based on three core principles of good governance: quality of operations, communication efficiency, and improvement of work systems. Organizers also opened the floor to comments and recommendations from stakeholders across the public sector, the private sector, and the general public.

Officials said the feedback will be used to make city operations more efficient, transparent, and accountable. Good governance and participation from all sectors will serve as key mechanisms in administration, with the shared goal of elevating Pattaya as a quality tourism destination that grows sustainably across all dimensions.
The activity is part of ongoing cooperation between Pattaya City and DASTA to advance sustainable tourism development while reinforcing public trust through clearer communication, better service quality, and continuous improvement of administrative systems.
