TAKHIAN TIA, Chonburi: On August 24th, 2026, Mitchai Prakobtham, known as “Mayor Mau,” mayor of Takhian Tia Subdistrict Municipality, visited the newly finished reinforced concrete road project in Huai Khu, Soi 4, Moo 2, to check its condition ahead of full public use.
Accompanied by municipal clerk Narongrit Prasitthinak, the mayor’s secretary Sewet Charoenklang, and engineering department staff, the mayor inspected the road and surrounding area. Officials confirmed the construction was completed to standard and ready to support safe and convenient travel for local residents.
The reinforced concrete road forms part of the municipality’s ongoing effort to upgrade infrastructure and public utilities. The project is to resolve longstanding transportation difficulties and provide a stronger, more durable route suited to daily community use.
Mayor Mitchai said Takhian Tia Municipality continues to prioritize infrastructure development. All projects follow proper procedures and receive municipal council approval to ensure they meet residents’ needs and deliver real benefits to the community.
Once fully opened, the new road is expected to make travel easier, smoother, and safer for people living in the Huai Khu area and nearby neighborhoods, in line with the municipality’s goal of steady, comprehensive local development.
