Nonthaburi, Thailand – August 19th, 2026– Pattaya City officials participated in the Mother of the Land Fund Festival 2026, held at the Royal Jubilee Ballroom in the Challenger Building at Impact Muang Thong Thani in Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi Province.
Deputy Mayor of Pattaya City Damrongkiat Pinijkan, together with Permanent Secretary Kiattisak Sriwongchai, attended the event. Police Lieutenant Colonel Suriya Singhakamon, Secretary-General of the Narcotics Control Board, presided over the ceremony.
The proceedings included the lighting of incense and candles in homage to the Triple Gem, the presentation of floral garlands, and the lighting of a traditional gold offering in tribute to Her Royal Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother. Portraits of Her Royal Majesty were also presented to 10 representatives from villages and communities participating in the Mother of the Land Fund.
The festival show the royal grace and enduring vision of strengthening villages and communities. It is to build greater public participation in preventing and addressing drug problems while building lasting community resilience and immunity against narcotics.
Pattaya City places strong emphasis on creating communities and tackling drug issues. The city remains committed to integrating efforts with government agencies, the public sector, and community networks to drive concrete results in drug prevention and resolution, ultimately improving residents’ quality of life in a sustainable manner.
