Pattaya, Thailand – July 21st, 2026 – Pattaya City Council President Pairawin Aromchuen and Deputy City Clerk Theerasak Jatupong welcomed a delegation of 80 officials from the Office of the Narcotics Control Board (ONCB), led by Advisor Phoemphong Chaowalit, at the Taksin Meeting Room, Pattaya City Hall.
The visit is part of a training and study tour program organized by the Office of the Narcotics Control Board. The main objective is to build knowledge and understanding of effective local government administration.
During the session, Pattaya City Council President Pairawin Aromchuen and Deputy City Clerk Theerasak Jatupong served as speakers, delivering lectures on Pattaya’s Smart City management strategies. The program also provided opportunities for participants to exchange views and discuss practical applications, enabling them to apply the acquired knowledge effectively in their own work.
