Pattaya, May 29th, 2026– Mr. Poramese Ngamphichet, popularly known as “Beer,” Pattaya mayoral candidate number 2 from the “We Love Pattaya” group and former mayor running for re-election, together with city council candidates numbers 13-18 for District 4, canvassed for votes at Thepprasit Night Market yesterday.

The team walked through the bustling market, greeting traders, shopkeepers, and shoppers who were actively buying and selling goods. Recognized as one of Pattaya’s important central economic hubs, the market provided an ideal location for the candidates to connect directly with local business operators and residents.

Mr. Beer and his team received a warm welcome, with many locals approaching them to chat, offer support, and show encouragement. The candidates made a point of thanking voters and ensuring no support was overlooked in the area.

During the visit, the team also explained the voting process to residents. Voters will use the green ballot to select the Pattaya mayor, choosing number 2 for “Beer”. The pink ballot is for city council members (District 4), where voters can select the full team of candidates numbered 13 through 18. The election will be on Sunday, June 28th.

The main policy displayed during the canvassing was the push to make the local economy more business-friendly. Mr. Beer discussed plans to facilitate smoother trading, create more income opportunities, and better distribute revenue to small entrepreneurs and communities, hoping for sustainable economic growth across Pattaya.

Meanwhile, the People’s Party Candidate went door to door on the same day as we covered here.
