Pattaya, April 29th, 2026 – The Pattaya Provincial Prosecutor’s Office, under the Office of the Attorney General Region 2, organized a welcoming reception for a new group of prosecutors at the Welcome World Beach Resort & Spa in Pattaya.
The event welcomed a total of 16 newly appointed or transferred prosecutors, including staff from the Attorney General Region 2 office, Pattaya Provincial Prosecutor’s Office, and the Pattaya branch of the Rights and Liberties Protection and Legal Aid Office. Leading the group was Mr. Chulaphong Rattanatriwong, who has assumed the role of the new Pattaya Provincial Prosecutor. Senior administrators, officials, and staff from the office also attended in full force.
The evening was filled with a warm and cordial atmosphere. Guests enjoyed a lavish buffet featuring a variety of dishes and refreshments, generously supported by advisors and local business operators. Live music performances added to the festive and enjoyable mood throughout the night.
The reception was well-attended by distinguished guests who came to offer their congratulations, including:

– Mr. Banlue Kullavanijaya, President of the Pattaya City Council
– Mr. Damrongkiat Pinijkan, Deputy Mayor of Pattaya
– Mr. Somphan Phettrakun, Executive of the Alcazar Theater Pattaya
– Members of the advisory committee of the Attorney General Region 2, lawyers, police officers, and representatives from various related agencies.
During the ceremony, the emcee invited the new prosecutors onto the stage for self-introductions. Mr. Kanueang Wongthawisap, Attorney General for Region 2; Mr. Boonchai Preechaphan, Attorney General of the Court of Appeal Region 2; and Mr. Chatchai Saeng-harpsap, Advisor to the Attorney General Region 2, delivered congratulatory speeches and presented bouquets of flowers to the newcomers.
In response, the newly arrived prosecutors introduced themselves and shared their feelings about assuming their new positions. Mr. Chulaphong Rattanatriwong, the new Pattaya Provincial Prosecutor, expressed his gratitude and reaffirmed his commitment to performing his duties with dedication, wanting to build public confidence and deliver justice to the people of the area.
