The Chonburi Real Estate Association recently organized a special seminar titled “Chonburi… Adjust… Move Forward… Don’t Wait” to address the importance of economic growth in the Eastern region, particularly the rapid expansion of industrial estates and its direct impact on the real estate market in Chonburi province.
The event featured a keynote speech by Mr. Tan Passakornnatee, Managing Director of Ichitan Group Public Company Limited. A panel discussion followed with distinguished speakers from various sectors, including:

– Mr. Athit Thipyasukasem, Manager of Chonburi Concrete Products Public Company Limited

The seminar provided an important platform for exchanging views and strategies on real estate development in the Eastern Seaboard. Participants discussed ways for the business sector to adapt effectively to ongoing economic expansion and to prepare all those involved for driving Chonburi toward sustainable future growth.
