At Meeting Room 131, Pattaya City Hall, Pattaya Mayor Poramese Ngampichet assigned Mr. Phumphipat Kamolnat, Secretary to the Mayor, along with Mr. Phitthaya Phirom-on, Assistant Secretary to the Mayor, to welcome a group of students and teachers from Regents International School Pattaya. The platform enables city agencies to manage and resolve issues more quickly, supporting Pattaya’s development toward becoming a Smart City.

The students, representing the new generation, shared their perspectives on urban development. They discussed the transparent use of technology, convenient and rapid access to information, environmentally friendly city planning, safe transportation systems, and greater opportunities for public participation.

The study visit helped build mutual understanding and provided fresh insights for advancing Pattaya in line with future changes.
