Pattaya, March 28th, 2026 — Mr. Banlue Kullawanich, President of the Pattaya City Council, presided over the opening ceremony of the second batch of the 2026 fiscal year practical workshop to enhance English language skills for teachers and hired personnel under Pattaya City. He was joined by senior administrators at the meeting room of Prima Hotel Pattaya.
The two-day workshop, running from March 28–29, 2026, is to develop the English proficiency of educators and educational personnel through hands-on training led by expert instructors. Participants will learn diverse teaching techniques designed to motivate learners and better prepare them linguistically to align with the development of Thailand’s Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), in line with government policy.

This represents an important step in elevating the capabilities of Pattaya City’s educational personnel, ensuring they are equipped for the international stage and can effectively transfer knowledge to students.

The project shows Pattaya’s ongoing commitment to strengthening human resources in education, supporting the city’s vision as a hub for tourism, sports, and international events.
