Mr. Mitchai Prakobtham, Mayor of Takhian Tia Subdistrict Municipality, presided over the certificate presentation ceremony for graduates of the 2025 academic year (2568 B.E.) under the project to build motivation and achievement in early childhood education for fiscal year 2026.

The event took place at the Takhian Tia Subdistrict Municipality Early Childhood Development Center in Banglamung District, Chonburi Province. Mr. Vichara Suea, Deputy Mayor, delivered the report on the objectives of the ceremony. Also in attendance were Mr. Khwanyuen Prakobtham, another Deputy Mayor, municipal executives, council members, education department personnel, the young graduates, and their parents. The atmosphere was filled with joy, admiration, and pride for the children’s achievements.
The Takhian Tia Subdistrict Municipality places great importance on child and youth development, focusing on teamwork from all sectors. It established the Early Childhood Development Center to promote holistic growth in preschool children, covering physical, emotional, social, intellectual, and mental aspects, while instilling good values so they grow into capable, responsible, and happy individuals who will become quality citizens in the future.

The municipality’s Education Division implemented the “Motivation and Achievement in Early Childhood Education” project to honor children completing their kindergarten 3 (Anuban 3) studies. In the academic year 2025, a total of 24 children successfully completed the pre-school readiness curriculum at the Takhian Tia Subdistrict Municipality Early Childhood Development Center.
During the ceremony, the young graduates received their “Little Graduate” (บัณฑิตน้อย) certificates, a tradition designed to boost confidence and motivation as they prepare to advance to primary school.

The municipality reaffirmed its ongoing commitment to supporting early childhood education through age-appropriate, child-centered learning processes in a safe and stimulating environment. The goal is to lay a strong foundation for a good quality of life and enable these children to grow into valuable members of society.
Municipal officials expressed gratitude to all parents for their support and active participation in the “Little Graduate” activity. Special thanks were extended to the administrative team, staff, and teachers who worked together to make the event a success. The municipality also praised the talented young children for bringing pride to their families and the school.
