Pattaya, Chonburi– On March 10, 2026, officers from the Chonburi Immigration Police Division arrested a 34-year-old Russian national for allegedly illegally running a beauty enhancement service from a condominium unit in central Pattaya.
Pol. Col. Naphatphong Khosit Suriyamanee, Superintendent of Chonburi Immigration Police, along with Pol. Lt. Col. Kawinwat Arayasuriwong, Deputy Superintendent, revealed that they had ordered Pol. Lt. Kittiphat Hongchuwej, an investigating officer, to lead a team to inspect a condominium unit numbered 389/1879 in Soi Phra Tamnak 5.
The suspect, identified as Ms. Anastasiia Tyltseva, a 34-year-old Russian citizen, had been promoting beauty enhancement services, including injections and other cosmetic procedures, through posts and videos on Instagram (IG) said police. She reportedly arranged client appointments via the same platform.
Following surveillance, officers observed clients entering the unit for services. They then entered the premises, identified themselves, and arrested the suspect on the spot.
Seized evidence included:
– Injection needles and syringes
– Fillers
– Various medical equipment
– An autoclave sterilizer
– Multiple types of medications and substances
Investigations confirmed that Ms. Tyltseva was providing these beauty services without any license, work permit, or authorization. She is not a qualified medical doctor.
Authorities have charged her with multiple offenses, including:
– Working in Thailand as a foreigner without a valid work permit
– Operating a healthcare facility without permission
– Impersonating a medical professional without being a licensed physician
– Selling medicines and medical devices without authorization
– Distributing unregistered cosmetics
The suspect, along with all confiscated items, has been taken into custody and transferred to investigators for further legal proceedings. She did not release a public statement or plea.
This arrest is part of ongoing efforts by Thai authorities to crack down on unlicensed medical and beauty operations, particularly those run by foreigners without proper qualifications, which pose serious health risks to the public. Officials have urged residents and tourists to use only licensed clinics and report suspicious activities to prevent potential complications from unregulated cosmetic procedures.
