Pattaya, Thailand – February 25th, 2026 – Thai police believe one of the two remaining fugitives in a high-profile assault case involving a German tourist is the same individual who, just hours later, allegedly stole cash from a South Korean man and went on a destructive rampage at a pool villa in the Huay Yai area.
The initial incident occurred around midnight on February 24, 2026, when 55-year-old German tourist Mr. Markus was allegedly attacked by a group of five to six transgender women near Pattaya Beach as we reported here. According to reports, Markus had invited two transgender women to his hotel room, but upon discovering they were not biologically female, he asked them to leave. He later realized a large amount of cash was missing from his room.

When he pursued the suspects to demand its return, the group reportedly turned on him, beating him severely and causing injuries. Police have since arrested four suspects in connection with the assault, with two still at large, including one known by the nickname “Fueang Fah” (or “เฟื่องฟ้า”), who is distinguished by her habit of applying heavy white body cream.
In a surprising development, investigators now suspect “Fueang Fah” of committing another crime shortly afterward. Around 3:53 a.m. on the same date, only about two and a half hours after the beach assault, 46-year-old South Korean national Mr. Kim Sangyul, along with two compatriots, invited three transgender women, including “Fueang Fah,” from Pattaya’s southern beach area to party and drink at his rented pool villa in Village No. 1 in the Huay Yai sub-district.

During the gathering, Mr. Kim discovered that 20,000 baht in cash had gone missing. As he questioned the group, “Fueang Fah” reportedly became agitated and erratic, exhibiting behavior described as frenzied or “insane.” She allegedly screamed, threw objects, brandished a wooden table, threatened those nearby, rolled on the floor, filmed herself with her phone, and eventually ran outside, climbed the perimeter wall, and screamed loudly, shocking the Korean men and the other women present.
“Fueang Fah” then fled the scene. Mr. Kim and his friends later filed a police report with Pol. Lt. Col. Pacharack Suriya, investigator at Huay Yai Police Station, submitting partial video footage they had recorded.

Police from both Pattaya City Police Station and Huay Yai Police Station compared the video from the German assault case, where “Fueang Fah” appeared to be seen pulling a wallet from the tourist’s pocket, causing it to fall, with the footage from the villa incident. Authorities concluded that the suspect matched in appearance and is likely the same person.
The cases are now being coordinated between the two police stations as efforts continue to locate and apprehend “Fueang Fah” for further questioning and potential charges related to both the theft and assault on the German tourist, as well as the theft, property damage, and threatening behavior at the pool villa.
