Sriracha Municipality Launches 2026 Project to Support Adult Diapers and Incontinence Products

Sriracha, Chonburi – January 20th, 2026 – The Sriracha Municipality has initiated a community welfare program designed at assisting dependent individuals, particularly those requiring adult diapers for daily living.

On January 19th, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., Mr. Praphat Charoensantisuk, Deputy Mayor of Sriracha Municipality, presided over the opening ceremony of the “Project to Support Adult Diapers, Absorbent Underpads, Booster Pads, and Alternative Diapers” for the fiscal year 2026 (B.E. 2569).

Lieutenant Colonel Tanongsak Phuengnoi, Municipal Clerk of Sriracha Municipality, delivered the project report. He explained that the municipality recognizes the critical needs of dependent persons, especially those who require adult diapers to maintain their daily hygiene and quality of life. These individuals represent a vulnerable group deserving of targeted support to ensure equitable access to community healthcare services.

The program is being carried out by the Sriracha Municipality Public Health Service Center. Under the program, adult diapers, absorbent underpads for incontinence, booster pads, and alternative diaper options are being distributed free of charge to patients and their caregivers who have a demonstrated medical necessity. All recipients are residents within the Sriracha municipal area.

The project showcases the local authority’s ongoing commitment to improving the well-being of bedridden patients, people with disabilities, and those facing incontinence challenges, helping to alleviate financial burdens on families while promoting dignity and better health outcomes in the community.

The distribution and support activities took place at the ground-floor hall of the Sriracha Municipal Office.
