Pattaya, Chonburi – A quiet residential alley in South Pattaya has become the unlikely battleground for repeated heated disputes, leaving one homeowner exasperated and her seriously ill father terrified.

On January 10th, 2026, a CCTV clip from a home in Soi Kaophai 2 (Soi Kao Phai 2), went viral on social media. The footage shows a group of transgender women gathering in the narrow soi to “clear the air” over a personal matter, only for the discussion to quickly escalate into a fierce physical altercation involving slaps and shouting.

The homeowner who shared the clip, 30-year-old Ms. Sasinpat (known as “Gym”), posted the video online along with a strongly worded message expressing her frustration: “What is wrong with you people? This has happened many times – you come here to settle things and end up slapping each other right in front of my house. There’s a cancer patient sleeping inside – that’s my father. This isn’t the first time it’s been in the news because of you!”

The incident occurred around 9:00 a.m. that morning. Ms. Gym told reporters later that she could no longer tolerate the recurring disturbances. She explained that the same group has clashed in the soi multiple times, often creating loud noise, chaos, and even leaving broken glass from damaged items scattered in front of her property.

“Every time they fight, the shouting echoes into the house,” she said, her voice heavy with emotion. “My father, who is battling cancer, jolts awake in fear, thinking something terrible is happening. It terrifies him, and he can’t rest properly. The fights also block vehicles from passing through the soi, causing trouble for all the neighbors.”

Ms. Gym stated that she does not know the root cause of the latest dispute but pleaded: “If you need to argue or settle something, please do it somewhere else or use proper mediation channels like police, a lawyer, or an impartial third party observer. Don’t make innocent people suffer – especially those who are sick and need peace and quiet.”

Analysis of the CCTV footage reveals a heated verbal exchange preceding the physical clash. One transgender woman in a pink shirt confronts another in black, saying phrases that escalate tension, including references to insults and provocations, before the two engage in a prolonged slapping fight lasting over three minutes. Friends of both sides recorded the scene on their phones as bystanders.

As of 6:30 p.m. on the same day, reporters visited the site and confirmed the homeowner’s account. Pattaya City Police Station stated that, at the time of reporting, no formal complaint had been filed by any party involved in the altercation but are aware of the incident and have encouraged those involved to come forward to report the problem and have police assist in proper civil mediation.
