Banglamung, Chonburi– A rear-end car crash occurred in the early hours of Thursday, December 26th, 2025, in front of a PTT gas station on Khao Mai Kaew Road, leaving one woman injured.
The accident was reported at approximately 4:00 a.m. to the Sawang Boriboon Thammasathan Rescue Center in Pattaya. Rescue teams were promptly dispatched to the scene in Moo 1 in Tambon Khao Mai Kaew.
At the site, rescuers found a green Toyota C-HR positioned across the road with severe rear-end damage. Inside the vehicle was the injured driver, Ms. Pailin Summat, aged 43, who haf sustained injuries to her right arm, suspected to involve bone damage. Rescue personnel provided initial first aid before transporting her to a nearby hospital for further treatment.

Approximately 30 meters away, a white Honda Civic was located with heavy front-end damage. The uninjured driver, Mr. Ritthikai Jongcharoen, aged 30, was unharmed and waiting to speak with authorities. He told investigators that he was traveling from the Bo Win area and intended to make a U-turn toward Pattaya when he suddenly lost control of his vehicle, resulting in a forceful collision with the rear of Ms. Pailin’s car.
Officers from Huay Yai Police Station arrived to examine the scene, document evidence, and manage traffic flow. Both vehicles were towed to the nearby police station for safekeeping. Police plan to review nearby CCTV footage and conduct detailed interviews with both parties to determine the exact cause of the accident and proceed with any necessary legal actions.
