Pattaya, December 11th, 2025 – The newly elected executive committee of the Pattaya Provincial Bar Association, together with the Pattaya Lawyers Club, paid a formal courtesy call on the Chief Judge of Pattaya Provincial Court this morning to introduce the new leadership and strengthen collaboration in the administration of justice.
Led by Mr Suksan Missajan, President of the Pattaya Provincial Bar Association, and Mr Theerathon Morakotjinda, President of the Pattaya Lawyers Club (term 2025–2028), the delegation was warmly received by Mr Phasuk Charoenkit, Chief Judge of Pattaya Provincial Court, and Ms Mariam Wandeva, Director of Pattaya Provincial Court.

The group presented fruit baskets and fresh flower garlands as tokens of respect and goodwill.
The visit follows the successful election of the new Bar Association committee on November 23rd, 2025. Today’s meeting served as an official introduction of the incoming leadership and an opportunity to discuss future cooperation between the court and the legal profession in the Pattaya area.

Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to closer coordination in order to enhance the efficiency and accessibility of justice services for residents and visitors in Greater Pattaya and surrounding districts.
Speaking after the meeting, Bar President Suksan stated:
“This courtesy visit marks the beginning of even stronger partnership between the Pattaya bench and bar. By working hand-in-hand, we can ensure faster, fairer, and more effective justice delivery for the people we serve.”

The Chief Judge welcomed the initiative and expressed appreciation for the legal community’s continued support in upholding the rule of law in one of Thailand’s most dynamic tourism and residential hubs.
The two organisations agreed to hold regular joint meetings and explore joint training programmes and public legal-aid initiatives in 2026.
